Overview
This store is operated by Nephthali’s Enterprise. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom orders and proofs

  • Every order is made to order from the artwork and details you provide.
  • Before production, we email you a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
  • You’re responsible for checking the proof carefully, including spelling, colors, size and placement. Once you approve, production begins, and approved errors are not eligible for a refund or reprint.
  • If we can’t reach you for proof approval, your order stays on hold until you respond.

Your artwork

  • By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • You agree to take full responsibility for any claims arising from artwork you provide.
  • We may refuse any order containing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else’s rights. If we refuse an order, you’ll get a full refund.
  • For the best results, upload high-resolution files (300 DPI). We print what you send, so low-resolution files may print blurry. We’ll point this out on your proof when we can.

Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Colors and products
Colors can vary slightly between screens and printed products. Product photos are for illustration, and the actual garment or material may differ slightly.

Cancellations, refunds and shipping
Cancellations, refunds and shipping are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page.
